Cancellation policy

OVERVIEW

This Cancellation Policy governs your ability to modify or cancel Services provided by Maria Crisler and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

The Company provides consultation services, advisory engagements, digital content, and subscription-based communications (collectively, the “Services”). The terms applicable to cancellations are set forth below.

 

SECTION 1 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis, including newsletters or recurring digital content.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges in accordance with the selected billing frequency
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the method provided in your confirmation email or by contacting:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term.

 

SECTION 2 – CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES

Consultation services and other scheduled engagements may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies communicated at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations must be requested in advance of the scheduled session
  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of the session
  • Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s sole discretion

All consultation services are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing or non-attendance, except where required by applicable law.

 

SECTION 3 – DIGITAL SERVICES

Digital services, including downloadable content or access-based offerings, are considered delivered once access has been granted.

  • Orders for digital services may not be canceled once access has been provided
  • No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued

 

SECTION 4 – NO GUARANTEES

All Services are provided without guarantees of any kind.

Cancellation of a Service does not entitle you to a refund based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, results, or perceived value.

 

SECTION 5 – COMPANY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Service, including consultations or subscriptions, at its sole discretion.

In the event the Company cancels a Service:

  • You may be offered rescheduling or alternative arrangements
  • Where required by law, a refund or credit may be issued
