Refund policy

OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy applies to all Services provided by Maria Crisler and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

The Company provides consultation services, advisory engagements, digital content, and newsletter subscriptions (collectively, the “Services”). Due to the nature of these Services, all purchases are subject to the terms set forth below.

 

SECTION 1 – NO REFUNDS

All purchases of Services are final and non-refundable.

Once a consultation is booked, a digital service is purchased, or a subscription is initiated, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Failure to use a booked Service, including failure to attend a scheduled consultation, does not entitle you to a refund.

 

SECTION 2 – NO GUARANTEES

The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the outcomes, results, or effectiveness of any Service.

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

By purchasing or engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund

 

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Consultation appointments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies as communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether rescheduling will be permitted.

 

SECTION 4 – EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services.

However, by purchasing Services and requesting immediate access or scheduling, you expressly consent to the performance of the Services prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby waive any applicable right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

 

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Where a chargeback or dispute is initiated in violation of this Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the dispute
  • Provide evidence of acceptance of these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate access to Services
